FDR Drive in the vicinity of East 15 Street Single-tube (two lanes) in either direction will be closed on intermittent weeknights from 11 pm to 5 am next morning, through December 29, 2023, to facilitate maintenance and repairs. Manhattan Battery Park Underpass - BPU between FDR Drive and Route 9A/West Street These closures are necessary to facilitate Structural Strengthening. Single-lane Manhattan-bound north outer roadway will be closed Monday to Friday from 7 pm to 5 am next morning and single-lane north inner roadway will be closed from 8 pm to 5 am next morning. Single-lane Brooklyn-bound south inner roadway will be closed Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. Single-lane Brooklyn-bound south outer roadway will be closed from Saturday 5 am to Monday 5 am, and Monday to Friday from 5 am to 7 pm.

These closures are necessary to facilitate bridge structural strengthening. Single-lane Brooklyn-bound south upper roadway will be closed Tuesday to Saturday from 1 am to 5 am. Single-lane Manhattan-bound north upper roadway will be closed Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12:59 am next morning (15 hours). Single-lane Manhattan-bound lower roadway will be closed 24/7. Motorists are advised to use the northbound Park Row ramp. Also, Pearl Street ramp to Brooklyn Bridge will be closed Monday to Friday from 11 pm to 5 am next morning, through October 6, 2023, to facilitate masonry repairs. Single-lane Brooklyn-bound will be closed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm to facilitate bridge rehabilitation. These closures are necessary to facilitate replacement of upper roadway. Queens-bound south outer roadway will be closed Sunday to Saturday from 1 am to 6 am.
